Welders Black Book is designed to provide welding reference information without requiring an account or login.
Saved references, saved projects, and notes are stored locally on your device. This information is not uploaded to our servers as part of normal app use.
If you choose to share a saved reference, the app sends the reference information needed to create a shareable link through our backend service. This feature requires an internet connection.
The app does not require you to create an account and does not ask for your name, address, phone number, or other profile information to use its core features.
We do not sell personal information. Welders Black Book does not include third-party advertising.
The sharing feature uses Supabase infrastructure to generate share links. When you use that feature, Supabase may process technical request information needed to provide the service.
You can delete saved references, projects, and notes within the app. Uninstalling the app also removes locally stored app data from your device, subject to your device and backup settings.
We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made.
